Table Mountain 16
Registration will take place at the Totalsports VOB Running Club clubhouse at the Constantia Sports Complex, Constantia Road, Constantia from 06:00 to 07:00. Race numbers not collected by 07:00 will be re-allocated.
The Table Mountain 16 is a spectacular run from Constantia Nek up the jeep track to the top of Table Mountain and back. The route follows the historic road up to and around the Woodhead dam. A challenging 16km run covering a short distance (200m) of single-track running, and the rest on gravel and cement.
Important Information
- The entry includes the SANParks conservation fee and the compulsory shuttle service from registration to the race start.
- Secure parking will be provided at the Constantia Sports Complex.
- Runners may not park at Constantia Nek or at La Parada Restaurant.
- All profits will be donated to the Botanical Society of South Africa.
