Totalsports VOB Running Club has been part of the Cape Town running community since 1977. Based in Constantia, we are a friendly and inclusive club bringing together runners and walkers of all ages, abilities and ambitions. Whether you are chasing a personal best, training for your first race or simply looking for good company and a reason to get moving, there is a place for you at VOB.

Mobii Timing Bands
Please register for your Mobii Timing bands and make a payment of R90.00 (used weekly at the Wednesday Time Trial and all the Helpers Runs)
